By purchasing from this Site, you represent and warrant that:

• Packages seized, delayed, or rejected by customs are the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final once shipped.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect items shipped due to our error
• Products with verified defects in packaging or labeling

Requests must be submitted to info@sagapeptides.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos).

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our sole discretion.

Products that have been opened, tampered with, or removed from original sealed packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
